Richard Mills
Richard advises in all areas of employment law, specialising in TUPE, contracts of employment and unfair dismissal. As well as advising clients, Richard regularly appears in the employment tribunal participating in all stages of litigation.
Prior to joining Rumm Employment Law Richard completed an LLb law degree and an LLm Masters degree in Employment Law, receiving first class marks.
At present he is in the process of qualifying for the bar and is a member of Lincoln's Inn.
Richard regularly contributes to the Newsletter and has published works in several employment related periodicals including an article for the Industrial law Journal (Summer 2011) found here.
Outside of employment law Richard is an enthusiastic though unaccomplished cyclist and enjoys the music of Bach and Wagner as well as an amateur interest in philosophy and art.
