Rumm Employment Law is an established and successful Employment Law firm based at One Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The employment team represents and advises business clients across the UK from a wide variety of sectors involved in employment; business protection; restrictive covenants and employment litigation. We also have an extensive non-contentious employment practice for our employer clients which includes a dedicated HR professional. In addition, our practice represents and advises individuals at all levels including exits and employment tribunal claims.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Solicitor to work full time for our employment team. The successful candidate will be passionate about their work as an employment lawyer; dedicated and enthusiastic as well as being an excellent communicator with first rate client care skills. The successful candidate will receive an above market salary and package.
